Suction unit :

The suction is developed by two venturi-type compressed air suction units (requiring an external compressor, not included), protected inside a solid steel head, containing sound-absorbing material that minimises noise during operation. The air outlet is directed downwards, so as not to annoy the operator or stir up dust in the surrounding environment. The control panel on the head includes a supply pressure indicator and a vacuum indicator to detect filter saturation. Two handles on the head allow it to be lifted easily for inspection or replacement of the filter underneath.All electrical parts comply with ATEX Directive 94/9/EC and are suitable for Group II - Category 3D (Zone 22).

Filter unit :

Inside the steel filter chamber is the antistatic polyester pocket filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outlet air, thanks to a large surface area (2m2) and high filtration efficiency (1 micron). A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically-moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly at any time, prolonging the life of the filter and preventing it from becoming saturated and reducing suction performance. The suction system with Ø50 inlet positioned below the filter allows simultaneous suction of dust, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container), without the need to replace or remove the filter.

Collection unit :

The suctioned material is deposited in a release container, mounted on wheels (capacity 40 litres), which allows the suctioned material to be disposed of quickly and without getting dirty. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a robust, powder-coated steel frame, equipped with swivel wheels with parking brake.
